eating nutritious & well-balanced meals to stay healthy & maintain your
weight

If your BMI falls below the healthy range that may lower your immune system and put you at risk of disease by being underweight.

If your BMI falls above the healthy weight category that puts you at an increased risk of obesity-related diseases such as heart disease, hypertension and diabetes. Improve your BMI by making healthy changes to both your dietary habits and your level of physical activity. Incorporate more healthy foods such as whole-grains, fruits and vegetables and be active on most days of the week.
